I filed my claim on Friday and SERVPRO la puente was at my house on Saturday morning at 8am and was on time and very thorough.  Edgar was the young man that inspected the damage to my kitchen.  He was very knowledgeable and very professional and courteous and respectful that I felt safe in his presence.  He arranged immediately thru SERVPRO to come on Monday to start the work on my kitchen.  
Today Kevin and Derrick were at my home on time and so very courteous and respectful and immediately got to work.  Both are doing a great job and very neat and mindful of the work at hand.
Great Company and would recommend them highly.

Edgar first showed up to make the initial assessment he was pretty much as accurate as you can get, After the leak was addressed Derrek and Kevin of SERVPRO came out to evaluate and contain the extent of the water damage. They were courteous, professional and very personable. Even after 1000 and 1 questions from the kids and myself. Highly recommendable company.

I used SERVPRO of La Puente. My house was affected by fire from recent fire at Porter Rach Saddle Ridge Fire. I had my Mercury insurance use SERVPRO. The Serve pro has the best interest to keep my home back to same as it was previously. SERVPRO have professional staff and great owner managing the company. I will highly recommend the company.
