Clogged Drain on Garage Roof in Duarte, CA
The cause of loss in this Duarte residence was a clogged drain within a flat garage roof that consequently allowed rain water to pool and leak down into the garage. The first step was to clear the clogged drain. Then our team removed the wet drywall that also contained microbial growth. After the affected areas were removed and the framing exposed, it was dried up with our equipment. You can see two of our air movers in the "after" image.
